i returned to this resort. the staff are friendly and helpful. gamal at the fayrouz terrace made our evenings special with cocktails and crisps. wael made my birthday nice with a cake and staff singing at la perla pool bar.
The food quality was lacking. Everything tasted similar. the a la carte restaurants offered the same items as the buffet, but served to you. drinks were in plastic cups. The beer selection was sahara gold, warm and flat.

There are many places to eat with varied food options in the buffet restaurants. stalls near the beach offer hotdogs and paninis. Snack bars and a beach bar are also available. the variety and quality of the food is really good.

The location of the hotel is convenient for accessing various amenities. a short walk leads to tat shops, which offer a local shopping experience. the marina is nearby and worth an evening visit. Taxis are available outside.

rooms are spacious with a shower, beds and a balcony. our cleaner left us tea, coffee and water. a kettle and safe are in the room. the room service is consistent and very thorough.

The hotel provides access to the pools, bars, and restaurants of two resorts. pools are in gardens and well-kept. there is plenty of room to sunbathe. There are loads of water slides and entertainment, too.

The pools were a big hit. Lots of slides kept everyone entertained. the cleanliness of the resort was obvious, and the lounge areas looked great. the decoration showed consideration for Egyptian culture.
i found the service at the reception a little slow. it took longer than expected to resolve a minor issue, and follow-up was inconsistent. the main buffet restaurant often felt overcrowded, especially during peak hours. finding a table proved difficult SOMETIMES.
